Choose to restore, revitalize and rejuvenate your metabolism.
Your metabolism is a direct reflection of your lifestyle and personal philosophies. Every bite of food has a profound effect on hormones and neurotransmitters. The food you eat is much more than a supply of building blocks for tissues and cells. The type of carbohydrates we eat and the proportion of protein, fat and carbohydrate in a meal create profound hormonal signals that ripple out to each and every cell of the body.
Don’t blame genetics for uncontrollable tendencies. If most of your immediate family members are challenged by similar health conditions this likeness is caused by the similar lifestyles you`ve all learned and adopted.
