When it comes to health and vitality it all starts with the mind; the way you think and the choices that are made from this state of mind. Occasional spa retreats, shopping sprees or weekend getaways are just not enough to recharge the body, mind and soul. Health must be maintained day-by-day so your occasional mental or physical getaways can serve as bonuses.

There are so many things in life that are out of our control that we must make an effort to control the things we can have some influence over. As our lives get denser with food borne toxins, environmental oxidants, hustle and social stress our ability to tolerate poor nutrition declines. This means we need to improve nutrient density just to compensate for the way we live today.

Instead most of us have added to these strains by making processed foods a prevalent part of our diets. It’s a natural cycle. The faster we have to swim up life’s stream the less time we have for healthy food too. Processed packaged and fast foods have become the norm and supplementation with multivitamins, minerals and antioxidants is an attempt to compensate. But supplementation alone is not enough.

The key to resolving our metabolic insufficiencies is to change the influence at a deeper level than supplemental nutrition. The way to deep mind and metabolic health is through healthy lifestyle choices which include healthy food selections despite the fright, fury and fret of the day. These nutrient dense foods provide nutritional compensation to meet or offset the unnaturally elevated toxicity that the fast pace delivers.

The solution we’ve heard over and over again is to eat fresh, whole, local, organic, nonGMO and balanced. Add complete supplementation to this foundation. And facilitate cleansing and detoxification on a regular basis to prevent accumulation of heavy metals, pesticide neurotoxins, metabolic byproducts and environmental pollutants.

We cannot make the healthiest choices all the time. We must strive to make the healthiest choices most of the time; the times when we do have control. However, when these healthier decisions must be made, what do you base them on? Do you have a guide or plan that leads you to your goal? And do you really know what your goal is? Forget the notion that you need to lose five pounds, two inches or build more toned muscle. Focus on the underlying driver of these results – health. Focus on building health and preventing interference of health and the other goals in life will often just fall in place. Seriously, they do!

Healthy relationships are based on your mental and physical health. Physical and mental wholeness are based on – health. Fitness can only surface if health is first established. What’s your plan for health? And, I’m not talking about a reactive medical insurance plan. If you don’t have a life plan, or some sort of mapped out program for fitness or health success, how do you expect to attain and keep it? In order to achieve goals we need to have a plan.

If you desire an improvement of financial status you seek out a financial planner to establish a financial plan. If you build a home, you seek out an architect and create a building plan before you start. What’s your model or plan for fitness and health? I have one that can change your life and it’s so easy to use you’ll enjoy it. Interested?

My personal rule of thumb is 70%. That is, make seventy percent of your daily lifestyle choices healthy. If we stick to this 70% rule, the balance of our choices generally do not have enough negative weight to pull the healthy momentum offline. This 70% can take the form of three of the four meals each day being made from healthy choices; five of the seven days each week being healthy; three of the four weeks each month being stricter; but not all of these applied concurrently.

In other words you can’t eat well and choose healthy 70% of the day + 70% of the week and + 70% of the month. Your best bet is to just start by sticking with 70% of the week. This means that Saturday and Sunday can be days where more latitude is allowed. This doesn’t mean complete havoc and binging on the weekends either. Weekdays are usually easier to stay with structured programs since the day tends to be more organized. Eventually you’ll want to stay with the healthier choices all the time simply because of how they make you feel. They allow you to stay mentally focused, consciously and physically aware, emotionally stable, full of energy and physically light and fit.

Plan, plan plan and then, review the plan, know the theme and allow it to guide your choices. Choose the ‘70%’ structure that best suits your lifestyle. If 70% of the week works, stay with this strategy; this one works well for me. Now we need to define what ‘healthy’ will be. Don’t just wing it; that never works. The food selections in your food guide must represent a dense source of natural fiber, detoxifying antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Low glycemic index vegetables (below 60 GI) that grow above ground often encompass most of the food properties that fit the program. They support the goal by helping detoxify, limiting toxic contribution, maintaining healthy pH, supporting healthy insulin response and limiting caloric consequence from the foods.

Allow these foods to make up the lion’s share of your meals to offset the negative or toxic forces that you have less control over. In addition, choose a detoxifying herbal cleanse that can be used on a regular basis to ensure that internal elimination, intestinal flow and digestive health are maintained. Apply this cleanse on a monthly basis to keep toxins, oxidants and metabolic byproducts from building up in the body. The monthly priming serves multiple purposes.

The cleanse works its wonders at the levels of the brain and the body; the mind and metabolism at the same time. As the cleanse mobilizes toxins and makes way for your metabolism to detoxify naturally, the administration of the cleanse on a monthly basis is a reminder to your consciousness as well. It’s a reminder to stay consciously aware in your day-to-day to override the subconscious habits that lead to unhealthy food choices and outcomes. In other words, as your body is detoxified and scrubbed clean, your mindset is also retuned by the monthly cleanse to get it in line with making the right choices each step of your day, week and month.

Choose a gentle herbal cleanse that can be taken on a monthly bases to help reset body and mind. Triphala is an effective Ayervedic formulation made up of various fruits that naturally tone liver, circulatory system and digestive tract while helping mobilize and eliminate toxicity. The proper addition of turkey rhubarb and marshmallow root further supports the cleansing activity of Triphala by facilitating gastrointestinal motility and ensuring that toxins are completely but still gently eliminated. A formula that combines these active herbs provides more complete activity.

You are responsible for making the time to set in motion your health plan. Don’t rely on a reactive health care program to take care of your health when it has failed. The responsibility to prevent premature degradation of health and personal performance is all yours. Get with the program now – reset mind and body and maintain this new healthier, fitter direction with the right plan. The food guide that fits the criteria has been included in the ReCleanse Herbal Cleanse program to guide you to your goal. This food guide has worked wonders in clinical environments to treat chronic fatigue, improve energy and strength, restore control over body fat management and insulin health, lift brain fog and simply improve quality of life. In the real world it’s life changing.

The plan works because it’s not a stimulant or replacement for natural activity. Very simply, the herbal component reminds the body to do what it’s supposed to do naturally and does so with a gentle nudge. The monthly application keeps the healthy momentum going in the mind and body. The food selections simply provide the tools and fuels the cells need to do the job void of toxicity. Without a plan your health will simply stagger directionless. With the right plan life tasks and personal goals seem to appear spontaneously.

ReCleanse Herbal Cleanse has incorporated these detoxification, cleansing and elimination strategies in an easy and enjoyable seven day program. The program includes a Food Guide carefully crafted based on these principles to fit the cleansing model and support the cleaner, leaner state in between herbal cleansing cycles. ReCleanse Herbal Cleanse is the little white box with a formidably big gift – the lifestyle plan for clean, fresh and sustainable health.
